Learning museum work

How are the museum work world and its personnel changing? New and evolving tasks and definitions about museums themselves have led to a redefinition and differentiation of the museum profession itself. It requires examining the qualifications of the people who will be doing work at museums in the future. A working conference at the University of Freiburg invites all conference participates to analyze these questions together with keynote speakers in various panels and workshops. The results as well as the presentations will be made available in the form of a position paper after the conference.
